Thank you for your report.
The latest typescript definitions for nodejs 12.22.12 dropped support for
tsc 3.6 by removing @types/node/tsc3.6 directory.
That's unfortunate because bullseye have tsc 3.6.
Workaround:
ln -sT /usr/share/nodejs/@types/node /usr/share/nodejs/@types/node/tsc3.6
I'm not sure what's the best solution now.
