The two actually failing tests are:
parallel/test-socket-write-after-fin-error
parallel/test-tls-streamwrap-buffersize

Those failures are regressions caused by recent upload of libuv1 1.44.2.

Upstream nodejs already knows this but they are still
figuring out how to fix one of the failures.

libuv1 maintainer: please avoid uploading new versions when nodejs is
in transition...
