[Pkg-javascript-devel] RFS - Update node-nock package

Hello,

I have made a minor update on the package node-nock: from version 13.2.4 
--> 13.2.6.

I am requesting sponsorship. I have built the package in a clean chroot 
with sbuild.

I have pushed the current changes to my salsa repository:
