node-openid test randomly fails. I added a "trace-warning" in test to
see from where comes this failure.

node-openid implements OpenID 1.0/1.1/2.0 protocols, all deprecated in
favor of OpenID-Connect. This package has no reverse dependencies and
looks to be a candidate for removal.
