[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1010598: npm2deb fails to detect github tags for istextorbinary module

Version: 0.3.0-10

Usually github urls in watch page is working when there are tags in the 
repo. But this seems not working even though the repo has tags matcing 
the version in npm registry.
