[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1010895: gulp-util is deprecated upstream

Since it is deprecated upstream, removing this module is a better idea 
that fixing this (there are other components embedded in the source 
package which are still useful, we can just remove the main module and 
keep the components).
