Current status of the transition

The Good:
18 affected packages are in good state. One has merge request in salsa. 
One failure seems unrelated, one uploader said we can remove from the 
archive.

The bad:
9 packages need fixing. Out of which node-source-map update to 0.7 
required for node-webpack-sources looks a bit complicated as it needs 
building rust code. The wasm built with cargo seems to improve the 
situation of node-webpack-sources test failure (from 26 failures we 
just have one failure). So if we can use packaged rust dependencies, we 
may be able to use the built wasm.
