[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1024779: libjs-bootstrap4: scss not available on pkgjs-ln

When I `pkgjs-ln bootstrap`, the resulting node_modules/bootstrap link points to /usr/share/nodejs/bootstrap which does 
not contain the sass part of the module. package.json will still have {"sass": "scss/bootstrap.scss"}.
Please install /usr/share/sass to /usr/share/nodejs/bootstrap/scss or create a link.
If the sass-less installation is common please reassign this to the right place.
