[Pkg-javascript-devel] Package using node-buble may have to be rebuilt

Hi all,

starting to 0.15.0, pkg-js-autopkgtest now fails when deprecated 
__proto__ is called. I fixed node-buble which used this in its 
transpilation. Then packages built using it may have to be rebuilt if 
autopkgtest now fails.
