[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1017811: node-wikibase-cli: FTBFS without Internet access

Hello,

I have commented out a pair of test cases which attempted network access 
in the upload of node-wikibase-cli 15.15.4-5. Could you please check 
whether FTBFS continues?

I do not quite get this, AFAIK tests are run before dh_installman. Thus 
in your case tests pass, but override_dh_installman fails, right?
