 DateTimes, Durations and Intervals. The API is immutable, chainable,
 and unambiguous. It uses native time zones and internationalization.

Luxon is often used in webapps.
It will be maintained within Javascript team.
In particular I need to upload to Debian to use it in the front-end of AWX package.
