[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1087976: new upstream required for bootstrap-html (2.x)

Hi,

bootstrap 5.x needs popper.js 2.x in order to work properly (anything
related to tooltips and dropdown menues).

Note that popper.js has been renamed to floating ui, but many projects
still need popper.js 2.x. Please update popper.js to the last 2.x
release and consider packaging floating ui seperately.
