Dear Maintainer,

I tried to compile wabt on loongarch and x86 platforms, but got an error. The reason is that there are problems with the cmake file of emscripten. The first problem is that the compiled deb package lacks emcc and other files, and the second problem is that the cmake file fails to find the header file.
