Source: node-undici
Version: 5.28.4+dfsg1+~cs23.12.11-2
Severity: important

Hello,

while the libllhttp-dev package is being used by other packages such as libgit2,
its source package, node-undici, has a transitive build dependency on NodeJS
which means that libllhttp-dev can only be built on architectures where NodeJS
is available.

Since libllhttp-dev itself does not depend on NodeJS, it would be good if the
llhttp library could be split out of the node-undici package so it can be
built and used on any architecture, even where NodeJS is not available.

This also eases the bootstrap process for new architectures.

Thanks,
Adrian
