I got tired of endlessly building dependencies with no milestone in
sight, and when the crate microformats (which I want for a personal
project of mine) begun depending on swc_html_* I used that as a first
milestone, stripping anything in the way of getting there...

The idea is that after that milestone we can (gradually or at once) add
more parts as their dependencies enter Debian.
