Please unblock package node-jquery-slimscroll

This was originally shipped with ruby-rails-assets-jquery.slimscroll, but was
removed from testing 2025-01-29 to help ruby 3.3 transition. Now the ruby part
is removed from the archive, and javascript part was separated into a different
source package.

This binary package was in testing till 2025-01-29.

it'd be useful to freedombox via libjs-jsxc https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-
bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1103380#12

only source package changed (and a patch update)

Only libjs-jsxc depends on it (which also needs and unblock)
