The correct fix is, IMO, to drop node-rollup-plugin-typescript2 entirely.

I've tried hard to make it work with node-rollup-plugin-typescript, and
just got
more and more errors. Making it work in Debian is not time well spent.

To remove it, those need to be changed:

Reverse Build-depends in unstable/main:
---------------------------------------

node-lezer
node-markdown-to-jsx
node-nouislider
node-redux-devtools
node-yargs
node-yarnpkg
node-zrender

It is interesting to note that "node-lezer" doesn't need it at all (!)
and that "node-markdown-to-jsx" compiles perfectly
with rollup-plugin-typescript instead.
I didn't try the other ones, but I guess it's more or less the same.
