I just had a look at bug #977027 abnd it seems this is the third time we 
hit such an issue with dojo and rhino. dojo maintainers, can you please 
tighten the relationship with rhino at build time, such that it shows up 
on the transition tracker of the release team and that it's clear that 
the problem is understood and that a binNMU can just fix the situation?
