[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1093713: ava incorrectly stops if have babel config

Dear Maintainer,

When running ava tests, the "package.json" is processed, and if it has
"babel" or "compileEnhancements" keys, regardless of their values, the
ava incorrectly stops its execution.
