[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1110054: source Package-List contains invalid priority

I couldn't put this down - I looked through dpkg and debhelper; both
looked to handle this correctly.
I just ran a rebuild of the sources (dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -S) and
it produced a correct Package-List:
```
Package-List:
node-d3-force deb javascript optional arch=all
```
How was this .dsc generated? Whatever tool made it may have an error when
handling a missing Priority field; this bug should likely get reassigned
that way.
