[Pkg-javascript-devel] packaging of jupyterlab

Hello

I am testing the application and its integration into jupyterhub.

I discovered, that a bunch of config files are missing in order to have 
something fonctionnale/well integrated into Debian.

The upstream build system (hatchling) is not use, Instead a sort of 
setuptools/nodejs version was developped in the Debian package.
I will try to make it work out of the box with hatchling instead of 
setuptools, and check if the files are well installed.
