Same here. I guess we should talk to upstream asking them to include 
some environment variable to skip network tests. Otherwise we will have 
to identify them by trial and error...

Whole node-wikibase-* stack needs updating, but this will have to wait 
for post-trixie. My JS packaging skills are very basic, moreover, new 
versions are likely to bring unpackaged dependencies and/or require 
updating other packages.
