Please go ahead and upload to unstable, not waiting for rust-swc-core.

Sorry, I thought I had posted this already some time ago, but evidently
not. I failed to renew my OpenPGP key in time, and am now cannot upload
packages until after next update of the debian-keyring package (which
is typically done at the end of each month, so should be any day now).
I have the patched rust-swc-core package ready - thanks to your
research locating the upstream fix - and will release that as soon as I
get back my upload right.
