There was a good reason for that indeed.
I've just made a debbisect and this is what I found:

bisection finished successfully
  last bad timestamp: 20230916T210334Z
  first good timestamp: 20230917T084932Z
only one package differs: dh-nodejs 0.15.14 -> 0.15.15

So it was a bug in dh-nodejs after all.
