[Pkg-javascript-devel] Sponsor needed: node-lit reproducibility fix (unblocks testing migration)

Hi team,

node-lit is in unstable (3.3.3-2) but does not migrate to testing: its minified lit-html output is not reproducible (the terser name-cache seeder was dropped, so property names flip between builds).

I have a self-contained fix ready to upload:

- Restores the seeder; inlines a ~30-line build-time helper, so no new build-deps.
- reprotest-verified bit-identical .deb; clean unshare sbuild; standard lintian.
- Also fixes debian/watch for lit's lit at X.Y.Z monorepo tags.

This is the last blocker for node-lit moving to testing testing, which in turn unblocks siso (RFP https://bugs.debian.org/1051557) moving to testing too. Could a team member review and upload?
