[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1125269: npm on Debian sid is 3 years outdated

Version: 9.2.0~ds2-2

npm on forky/sid (without Debian patches, npm 9.2.0) is a version from
December 2022 - over 3 years ago.

This leads to users making bug reports on npm GitHub repo that have
already been fixed upstream potentially years ago.

A side effect is that Fedora based distros become a better platform to
use npm than Debian based distros (such as Ubuntu).

If the package can't be upgraded, I believe the package should
eventually be removed from forky/sid.
