[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1045686: fixed in node-base64url 3.0.1-9

Hi.

The fix in version -9 did not really work because the error was like this:

dpkg-source: info: local changes detected, the modified files are:
 node-base64url-3.0.1/readme.html
 node-base64url-3.0.1/readme.txt

but the files were added to debian/clean as README.html and README.txt.

I've reopened this just to close it afterwards with a new upload.
