Hi.

It looks like I am to blame for this one... as I added README.md to
debian/clean to comply with policy regarding the clean target.
Sorry for that.

We should aim at fixing this bug without reintroducing the other one.

It looks like README.md is not generated at all when DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS
contains "nocheck". Is there a way to generate it always no matter
what? In fact, I see override_dh_auto_build is empty. Would there be a
problem if we remove it? (and use the default again)
