This is an update to the latest LTS version in the 3.5.x release. All
published CVEs were already addressed via d-security. This provides just
bug fixes.

[ Tests ]
The sid (3.6.x) upload broke two of the self-tests in nodejs. This is
also the case with this release. However nodejs has already debci tests
failing as of my rebuild but the debci page is all green which confuses
me and I don't know what to do.
The sid upload also broke pyopenssl and qatengine but I don't see this
in Trixie.
The in-package test suite pass. I don't see a fallout on my simple
Trixie machines.
