   * Run the upstream test suite in autopkgtest.  The previous test only
     checked that index.js exists, so autopkgtest reported success without
     ever running anything.
   * Provide a minimal vinyl-named for the test suite.  The package is not
     packaged in Debian, and the suite only uses it to tag files with their
     base name.
   * Drop the Testsuite field.  autopkgtest-pkg-nodejs no longer exists; the
     tests are discovered from debian/tests automatically.
