[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1146900: node-tap: Replace ts-node fork by tsx whenever possible

I was looking down into node-tap's module-isaacs-ts-node-fork,
to get rid of the url.parse() deprecation warnings, and realized
its dist/ dir wasn't rebuilt from source, AFAICT.

Can we try to not use that fork, and use the already packaged ts-node ?
