[Pkg-javascript-devel] Bug#1148592: pkg-js-tools: debian/nodejs/links with a link to usr/bin could fix permissions ?

Example: gulp, or even more recent salsa:js-team/node-prosemirror-buildhelper.

this line in debian/nodejs/links:
gulp/bin/gulp.js /usr/bin/gulp

requires this to be added to debian/rules:

execute_after_dh_fixperms:
  chmod +x debian/gulp/usr/share/nodejs/gulp/bin/gulp.js

I suppose this could be improved to automatically get the right permissions ?
