[Pkg-julia-devel] Bug#730464: Bug#730464: julia: please build-depends on libunwind8-dev

Even if julia builds on the other architectures - it is unlikely to work on those architectures unless LLVM supports them. In any case, we should certainly transition to libunwind8 if everything works out.
