Sure, I definitely plan to have Julia 0.3 in Debian Jessie. Most of the
work is already done on my local computer.

The blocker right now is the sphinx-rtd-theme package, which is waiting
for approval by the ftpmasters in the NEW queue. In the worst case, if
it does not get approved early enough, I'll embed this theme in the
Julia package.
