[Pkg-julia-devel] Bug#776069: Bug#776069: julia: 0.3.5 in experimental

I think it would be best to update to 0.3.5, or even 0.3.6 which will be
released in a few weeks.

Does the release policy allow us to update newer packages into experimental?
