That is indeed good news!

Getting Julia 0.4.0 to build on x86_64 alone using Debian packages for
dependencies is not as easy as I first assumed. So far the test suite
fails the backtrace test. One dependency is missing in Debian (PCRE2),
and one will have to be updated (suitesparse).

Since it is not clear yet what the new orig tarball will contain, I am
going to push to a personal branch (pc/master) in pkg-julia/julia.git,
which allows overwriting until good for merging into master.
