So shall I proceed then with allowing openspecfun to build everywhere
and uploading to unstable, and committing the changes I suggested in
bug #802583 to julia and uploading to experimental?

What do you think of also allowing libopenlibm to build everywhere?
I'm not really expecting it to build anywhere new (it didn't in Ubuntu
[1]), except perhaps x32.
