I do intend to do this, but have go a bit stuck on naming(!) - for
historical reasons (i.e. it weren't me, guv), our PCRE packages are
pcre3, so it's not immediately obvious what to do with pcre2.

I'll start a thread on debian-devel to try and work out the right approach.
