Hi Graham, hi Sébastien,

I am pondering about the maintenance headache of keeping
debian/control and debian/julia.links synchronized.

I wonder whether the Depends: field could contain a variable
inplace of the hardcoded list of libraries, which is substituted
using a substvars file generated from the list of sonames in
julia.links, or possibly even from build_h.jl containing sonames.

Before I try to implement this, what are your thoughts on this?
