I was able checkout both julia_0.4.0.orig.tar.xz and 
julia_0.4.1.orig.tar.xz with pristine-tar.

On armhf, I built and installed suitesparse 1:4.4.5-1 from experimental 
and managed to build julia 0.4.1. \o/

julia> versioninfo()
Julia Version 0.4.1

   System: Linux (arm-linux-gnueabihf)
   CPU: ARMv7 Processor rev 4 (v7l)
   WORD_SIZE: 32

   LIBM: libm
   LLVM: libLLVM-3.6

I noticed that pcre2 was downloaded during the build, I'm not sure if 
this will work on a ppc64el porterbox.
