Adding '--ignore-errors' won't help in the i386 case because there the
tests are not failing, they are taking too long.
See the message from the buildd in the 0.4.2-2 build log [1]:

Build killed with signal TERM after 150 minutes of inactivity

I uploaded 0.4.2-4 to my Ubuntu PPA enabled for amd64, i386 and ppc64el.
The amd64 build was successful, the i386 build was killed after 150
minutes of activity after running for 3 hours and 10 minutes, and the
ppc64el appeared to stop producing output 41% through building the
documentation but was still running after 7 hours.  As this was an
unexpected failure, I've restarted the ppc64el build.

Around the same time I started manual builds on arm64 and ppc64el
Debian porterboxes.
The arm64 build produced some test results, but seems to have stalled after:

seconds, maxrss  231.38 MB

ERROR (unhandled task failure): EOFError: read end of file

The ppc64el seems to have stalled during the first test:

seconds, maxrss 1338.25 MB
Error [connect: connection refused (ECONNREFUSED)] on 4 while
connecting to peer 3. Exiting.
Worker 4 terminated.
ERROR (unhandled task failure): EOFError: read end of file

I'm going to leave these running until tomorrow morning to see they
produce any more output.

BTW, you asked about the specs of the Ubuntu buildds.  I found a
recent post to ubuntu-devel [2].

Let me know if you still want 0.4.2-4 uploaded to experimental, or if
you want to wait for the results of my tests.
