It may be possible to get those patches into LLVM 3.7 (at least in
Ubuntu), but llvm-toolchain-3.8 1:3.8~+rc1-1~exp1 was uploaded to
experimental recently and is currently in NEW.  This version should be
available in Ubuntu soon.
