[Pkg-julia-devel] Julia 0.4.5

Hi Peter

I've prepared a version of Julia 0.4.5 and uploaded it to my Ubuntu PPA [1].
It built against openspecfun 0.5 and openlibm 0.5.

If you don't have any plans for 0.4.5, I'll go ahead and upload
openspecfun and openlibm.  Once they are built, I'll upload julia.
Otherwise, let me know and I'll wait, but feel free to grab the
refreshed patches and the orig.tar.xz from my PPA.

The build still fails on armhf (differently in Debian and Ubuntu).  We
need to either get armhf and armel building again or request removal
before Julia can migrate to testing.  I think it may be related to
GCC.
