So that didn't help with armel or with armhf. :(

I'm going to request removal for armel.

I'm not sure how to proceed with armhf.
It builds on Ubuntu's buildds, it builds on harris.debian.org (an armhf 
porterbox) and it builds on the Reproducible Build project's builders [1].

It fails to build on Debian buildds with an illegal operation [2] since 
around the time we switched from LLVM 3.7 to LLVM 3.8.
