Previously I have successfully run 'dpkg-buildpackage -A' locally, and 
now I have run 'sbuild' with the '--arch-all-only' and verified that it 
does work (log attached).

Note that this is julia 0.4.5-2 with llvm 3.8 in unstable.  I agree with 
Peter that we should wait until a version that builds with llvm 3.8 
migrates to testing.
