[Pkg-julia-devel] Adoption of libunwind

Hi Peter

The libunwind package has been orphaned (bug #869710).
There is a new upstream release [1], which I believe includes some
enhancements from Julia upstream.  There is also a small delta in
Ubuntu [2], which may be worth including.

What do you think of adopting libunwind and team-maintaining it as
part of pkg-julia ?
