[Pkg-julia-devel] salsa migration

Hi Graham,

In preparation for working on julia 0.6, I have migrated the pkg-julia
git repositories from alioth to Debian’s new gitlab service, salsa.

https://salsa.debian.org/julia-team

The salsa repos forward commit mails to dispatch at tracker.debian.org,
and the alioth repos are locked using a hook and HTTP-redirected to
the salsa repos, as per https://wiki.debian.org/Salsa/Doc .

The pull request for mbedTLS support in libgit2 appears to be doing
very well, such that I am confident it will land in Debian soon.
