[Pkg-julia-devel] Bug#919183: julia: baseline violation on armhf

This is not baseline violation. julia -C "armv7-a;armv7-a,neon;armv7-a,neon,vfp4"
compiles 3 branches of code, and the optimal branch will be selected
during runtime. The SIGILL raised during build on the buildd stems from
LLVM's incorrect CPU detection.


Here is a proof with QEMU emulated ARM Cortex-a7:
