[Pkg-julia-devel] build errors on i386 (and other archs)

I can confirm that with a normal (not root build) the build completes
correctly. There are a lot of new symbols (the last few are
	+ zunmtr_ at Base 1.5.2+dfsg-2~1
	+ zupgtr_ at Base 1.5.2+dfsg-2~1
	+ zupmtr_ at Base 1.5.2+dfsg-2~1
) but other than that no strangeties.

That means, that this is probably the way to go.

Any comments from members side here?
