Since version 1.4.0+dfsg-1 once again builds on arm64. On the other hand on armhf is still failing.

I did some digging and was able to find an upstream commit fixing this issue.

With that patch applied, I was able to successfully update the package in Raspbian,
we have the testsuite disabled in raspbian though. I have not tested the patch
on Debian armhf at this time.
